Victoria offers access to everything from beautiful beaches, to snow capped mountains and ancient forests. Daily sailing, whale watching and fishing excursions are available from right downtown! Our city offers a Mediterranean type of climate, with mild, rainy winters and dry summers. Average summer  temperatures are typically in the 22°C / 72°F range.

From July 19th to July 28th, 2013 we welcome you to what has quickly become one of the world’s most prominent street theatre festivals!  Performers from Australia, the UK, South America, the US and from across Canada will converge in Victoria for ten days of incredible fun.  Our event is a family oriented, free-to-attend festival presented on mostly outdoor stages across downtown.  Tips to busker hats welcomed and appreciated!

Our festival also celebrates the innovation and diversity of Victoria’s Francophone community and features a host of French performers.
