The UK’s Reuben Dot Dot Dot presents extreme strength and grace with remarkable physical stunts. Fasten your seatbelt as he climbs his towering pole into the sky! Gravity defying!
Meet Street Circus, a high flying duo featuring acrobatics, fire juggling, contortion and so much more! These two versatile performers can astound and delight any audience, any time, any where. Also don’t miss their spinning wheel of steel!
Funny Bones are a busking duo all the way from Japan who feature rock ‘n’ roll lions, hat juggling, voice percussion, comedy mime, magic and hilarious giant puppets. They’re wonderful and really funny!
The Mat Velvet and Charlie Show have performed with Cirque du Soleil and be prepared to be amazed! Their “Wheel In Motion” spellbinds! “You had us on the edge of our seats!”, says Sting.
The Funny Waiter is able to serve up one of the most unique shows you’ll ever see! Don’t miss his nine-plate spinning routine that is nothing but spine-tingling. Be prepared for laugh after laugh!
Kouskous is a Victoria based musical duo who exemplify the best in world folk music. Gary Cohen spent over 30 years in Montreal’s music scene while Amber Woods compliments Gary’s musical efforts with her doumbeck, a Middle Eastern Hand Drum.
Yeehaw! The Copper Cowgirl is an interactive human statue who combines the mechanical movements of corporeal mime with the warmth and comedy of clowning. Cheeky, outlandish, and dazzling!
The USA Breakdancers present a spectacular show packed with
acrobatic stunts, hilarious antics, and the hottest dance moves. Winners of the 2009 Street Performers World Championship in Dublin, Ireland!
Vancouver Island’s Vesta Fire four member team presents striking circus performances including brilliant fire displays, beautiful costumes and feats of juggling with multi-coloured hoops that have received rave reviews! Don’t miss them!
CLARK M. CLARK – Master of Stillness – Life imitates art and art comes to life as internationally renown human statue Plasterman delights and surprises people of all ages in his hometown. Strangely and beautifully intriguing!
Naomi Lilly Plourde is a local francophone violinist who has Acadian roots from Northern New Brunswick. She is accompanied by her father, Yvon Plourde and together they share wonderful harmonies at our festival music stage.
Back in Victoria from performing in Europe & Mexico, the Chocolate Man presents the funniest of faces, levitation moves and even offers lots of chocolate goodies!
Bijoux Du Bayou is a locally based band offering the eclectic sounds of the French culture in southern Louisiana. Fun, upbeat and a real delight for both young and old alike!
One of Victoria’s most famous buskers, violinist Darth Fiddler has entertained audiences from around the world. His dedication to his music really shows and you can catch his action near the corner of Government and Humboldt Street’s most afternoons.
Kif-Kif” (means “same-same) is a young duo formed by two identical twins that hail from Quebec City. Humour, circus and twinship are at the heart of their performances. Delightful originality and interactivity!
Australia’s Hula Queen Eloise Green presents her “All You Need Is Love” show. Her character dazzles audiences with death defying acrobatics, multiple hula hoops and clowning in an effort to win over a smile, applause and maybe even…a lover!
Wontanara Drum & Dance is a francophone performance troupe that specializes in sharing and teaching traditional music originating from Guinea, West Africa. Wontanara means “We are United” in the Susu language of Guinea and the sounds of their music makes them an unforgettable experience.
The Golden Statue and her mezmerizing crystal ball is a summertime fixture along the waterfront and Government Street. Catch her show and let time stand still as she weaves her beautiful magic!
Join the LOL Brothers as they take you on a tour of the history of rock ‘n roll music! They create a universe where risk and humour give life to electrifying circus numbers certain to form a little hysteria!
Mr. Phil is a graduate from the National Circus School of Montreal and is considered one the finest acrobats you’ll ever see! He also takes juggling to whole new heights, be sure to catch his show!
Réjean is a Victoria based francophone singer and songwriter who is well known across the community for both his unique lyrics and voice. This is his first appearance at the festival and we are looking forward to his participation!
Winner of Sweden’s Got Talent, Magician Charlie Caper never ceases to amaze! He takes the art of magic to whole new heights – there one minute and gone the next!
Illuminated and fun loving with inspiring dynamics of imagination, the Mesmerizing Mermaid extends story telling, musical theatre and joyful play! A visual delight!
Victoria’s own and internationally acclaimed, comedy juggling sensation Alex Elixir is fast, funny, skilled and excited to be performing at this year’s festival. His award winning show is filled with some great surprises!
Mike Dada is the Balloon Dog, one of North America’s most talented balloon artists! His ability to create amazing characters delights both young and old alike!
