Welcome to beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, home of the Victoria International Buskers Festival.

Victoria offers access to everything from beautiful beaches, to snow capped mountains and ancient forests. Daily sailing, whale watching and fishing excursions are available from right downtown!  Our city offers a Mediterranean type of climate, with mild, rainy winters and dry summers.  Average July temperatures are typically in the 21°C / 70°F range.

From July 20th to July 29th, 2012 we will once again be home to one of the world’s most unique street theatre festivals! Buskers from around the world will converge in Victoria and present ten days of performances on event stages across downtown.

Our festival is a family oriented, free-to-attend event featuring busker acts from Australia, the US, Europe, and from across Canada. Tips to busker hats welcomed and appreciated!

Our festival theme this year is Avant Garde, celebrating the innovation and diversity of Victoria’s francophone community.
